The Pine and Creek cabin.
Pine and Creek are the same cabin, built twice on our 42 acres in Hocking Hills. A single-story, two-bedroom retreat with a private sauna and a hot tub deck, drawn in the spirit of Scandinavian simplicity. It is the one design we hold the rights to sell. Prairie and Rock are not available.

Furnished layout of every room, plus a fully dimensioned construction plan with door and window tags.
Deck plan
Deck framing layout with post locations, steps, and the hot tub placement.

North, east, south, and west, showing cladding, rooflines, and openings.

Every opening tagged and called out, fixed versus operable, with sliding doors noted.
Material schedule
The exterior palette and key specs, including the cladding, standing-seam roof, and wood-burning stove.
Bath rough framing
Typical bathroom framing with overall finish dimensions.
Deck railing detail
Section and elevation of the railing, with members and spacing.
Shower glass and door detail
Glazing and hardware spec for the shower and toilet room, down to the part numbers.

Which cabins can I buy plans for?
Only the Pine and Creek design. Pine and Creek are the same cabin, built twice on our property, and it is the one design we hold the rights to sell. Prairie and Rock are not available.
What exactly do I receive?
A complete architectural design set as a PDF. That covers floor and deck plans, all four elevations, window, door, and material schedules, and a handful of interior detail sheets. It is a design set, not a stamped, fully engineered permit set.
Can I actually build from this?
Yes, with the normal local steps. Your architect or engineer uses our set as the design, then produces the foundation, structural, and mechanical drawings and stamps everything for your jurisdiction. This is standard for plans sold this way.
Do you offer CAD or 3D files?
Today we sell the PDF set only. If you need editable CAD or 3D files, ask us when you reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
What does the license allow?
The plans are licensed for a single build and are not for resale or redistribution. We send the full terms with your agreement before any payment.
Are the plans refundable?
Because this is a digital product delivered in full, the plans are non-refundable once sent. We are happy to answer questions before you buy so you know exactly what you are getting.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days. We reply within a day or two, and once the license and payment are settled we send the set right away.
