Specific bookings are also governed by the reservation details and cancellation policy shown at the time you book, and by the terms of the platform you book through (such as Airbnb or Vrbo) where applicable.
Using Our Website
You may use this site to learn about our cabins, check availability, book a stay, and reach our team. Content on the site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that’s unlawful or harmful to others.
We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but details such as pricing, availability, and amenities can change. Nothing on the site is a binding offer until a reservation is confirmed.
Messaging Terms (SMS)
By opting in — for example by texting our guest line or providing your mobile number when you book — you agree to receive customer-care and support text messages from Hugga Retreats about your reservation and stay. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out & getting help:
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
